ANNO DOMINI 1590
A crime of honor is the basis for the choice of this name, as it refers to the year when Carlo Gesualdo, an excellent virtuoso of the lute and a patron of music, but above all Prince of Venosa, Count of Conza, and Lord of Taurasi, killed his first wife and her lover!
